Reasons for Failed Delivery

In the event that the recipient email address has been checked and confirmed, yet the on-line Gift Card has still not been received, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery might have failed:

• 2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
• 3. Email inbox is over size limit

Gift cards will not be replaced, if lost or stolen, without proper proof of purchase. Gualy is not responsible for lost, stolen, misused, unused, destroyed etc. gift certificates and gift certificate codes. Gualy is not obliged to refund a gift certificate or a certificate-code. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser of the gift certificate upon electronic transmission of the gift certificate to the recipient or to the purchaser himself.
