Your satisfaction is our goal! We hope that you will be delighted with the quality and design of the exclusive Gualy jewel you have ordered.
However if for any reason you are not satisfied, every Gualy jewel can be returned within 30 days. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered; your return should arrive at the Gualy address within 30 days.
You can return your purchase within this time period, at your own expense and responsibility. You will be refunded automatically with the amount of purchase.
Additional information:
- The refund will be made to the purchaser, so please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you are the recipient of a gift and you are not satisfied with the jewel received, the return process must be done by the original purchaser. Gift Cards are not refundable to the recipient of the gift.
- We do not exchange/replace your return for a different article – you would have to place a new online order for it, except if the product received is not the same as the ordered product. In this case we will replace your order with the correct jewel and we will also refund the shipping costs you paid with your return.
- Please note that jewels that have been specially personalized for you, for example with a personal engraving are non-refundable.
