Shipping Information

You get free shipping for orders above €150 (130 GBP)

Free Shipping: All orders with a value of EUR 150 or more (GBP 130), will be delivered free of charge.
For orders with lower amounts, a shipping cost of EUR10 will be added to your order.

 

Delivery times: Please note that we make each exclusive Gualy design jewel to order using the highest craftsmanship and technological standards. Perfection is not quick and all orders will arrive some 11-14 business days, after the date you have ordered them.


For engraved jewels, please allow an additional 3 working days for delivery.


Please remember orders are not shipped nor delivered during holidays.

How can I benefit from Free Shipping?

When will I receive my order?

Please note that you are acquiring an original and exclusive Gualy design jewel. We make all Gualy items to order, using the highest craftmanship and technological standards. Perfection is not quick and all orders will arrive in 11-14 business days, after de date you have ordered them.

How is my package delivered? Should I have someone available to receive the package?

The FedEx service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours, and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with a telephone number where you can contact FedEx. After the third failed attempt, FedEx will return the package to our company. Gualy customer service may e-mail you for new delivery instructions.

Orders must be shipped to a street address, so please note that the courier FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to mail centres. Please use a street address as the shipment address of your order.

Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Can I choose to have my package delivered at my work place or other address?

We highly recommend that you provide a shipping address where you can easily be found. So if delivering the package at your home address is not suitable, you can opt for delivery for example to your workplace/ business address. As nowadays most people are away from home during business hours, Gualy allows you to choose to have your item delivered at another address, rather than your billing address/home address.

During the purchase process, you have the option to indicate a shipping address other than your billing address. For deliveries to your workplace/ business address, you will have an “Additional information” field, where you may insert other information to guarantee that the package will be delivered to you (for example, the name on the doorbell or the presence of a doorman service, or the name of your department / division within the company).

You may also choose to pick up your order in your nearest FedEx centre. Please consult specific information in the next item.

Can I choose to pick up my order in the nearest Fedex centre?

For customers who cannot have someone available to provide a signature, we offer another shipping option: please use the address of your nearest FedEx® World Service Centre as your shipping address. In this way, you can pick up your package at your convenience.

Which countries can I ship to?

Gualy automatically recognises the country from where you are connected. You may select a different country by clicking on Change Country. Enter the website of the Country to which you want your order to be shipped.

Please consult here the current countries to which we ship.

If you want to ship to a different country from where you reside, you have to make the order directly from the website of the Country where you want the order to be delivered. However, in case you are not shopping in the correct website, you still may change your shipment country destination during the purchase process, without loosing your shopping bag.

Can I send a present/package to another country other than where I live?

Yes, you can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. For example a person living in UK can send a package (send a gift for example) to another person with an address in Spain.

We know that globalization is an unstoppable process! The world becomes closer due to new on-line communication forms. People move more as well and often take the opportunity to work abroad. Relationships are based more on sharing the same values and less on geographic proximity. In Gualy we also do not impose geographic limits. People are free to send Gualy jewels to family/friends abroad.

Please be aware, that you must shop in the on-line store of the country you want to ship to (so in the given example, in Spain). The prices will be displayed in Euros and your credit card will be charged as well in EUR. Nowadays you don’t have any disadvantage in paying amounts in a foreign currency with your credit card, -the amount paid in a foreign currency will be automatically exchanged to your currency, by your credit card institution.

How can I check the status of my order?

Visit the My Account area and click on Order Status. You can click Order Tracking to view the status of delivery. Registered users can also check the progress of their orders or consult their previous orders history.

What is a tracking number?

It is a reference number that  FedEx associates with every shipment. You will find this number in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Always use it if you want to contact FedEx directly or to track your order in Gualy on-line store.

Are the items insured during the delivery process?

For added security, all items are sent to you insured. It is our policy that a signature is required for all Gualy orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
